Instructional Designer/Developer
A Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Adult Learning, or related discipline, or 4 years equivalent experience required. Must have at least 2 years experience designing instructor-led and web based training.
Knowledge and experience in instructor-led and web based training design and development with applications including MS Word, PowerPoint, HTML and Adobe Acrobat.
Knowledge and experience with SCORM, Section 508 and web authoring tools a plus.
ADDIE model will be used for training development.
Duties include but may not be limited to:
- Developing course structure, objectives, test items, design strategy, design plans, and storyboards.
- Working with development team, including the PM, Multimedia Specialist and SME to produce deliverables within project timeframe.
- Facilitating course reviews
- Conducting design meetings
- Revising training standards and development process guides.
Individuals shall have or be able to acquire Top Secret clearance.
Candidate selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and drug test.
